This is something that hasn't happened very often, or maybe not ever:

That is a 512K datapak where none of it has been made by Psion. The case is one of the github recent github repository, the labels are modern and the PCB is also modern. I had to adjust the case as it is an exact replica of the originals and I have to modify them. i can now do those modifications to the model and have cases printed that are immediately suitable for the new datapacks. I know third party datapack PCBs were made, but were any of the cases third party? there's some coloured ones I've seen that look like they might be, so maybe this has happened before.

This case is a bit too flexible and one half ws a bit distorted, but that is due to me printing it in the white resin. I've seen this before and the black resin doesn't suffer as badly from this. So black next time.

I had small top slot cases printed. Here's a USB adapter in the case:

This is an original and a printed half connected together, it's a very good replica:

And, of course, the larger top slot case. I modified the end and had two printed, just to check I could do it. I didn't have a larger PCB to hand, but I'm pretty sure PCBs will fit, I will check.

All looking great! There were a quantity of datapack cases made in the Netherlands. They had a hinged lid, but apparently they were far cheaper than original Psion ones. I got a large quantity from Ferret Information services when they changed from Psion II’s. I have seen them in a number of colours, grey, black, white and dark blue. They were injection moulded with the datapack sizes embossed on the case, 32k, 64k and 128k. The internal had a small lug in a different place, so original Psion pcbs had to be cut to fit, whereas the Dutch ones would fit in original Psion cases.
