Do we have a Navel Navigation Specialist who has a little spare time to assist with a 'manual' navigational issue?
Any regular visitor may have noticed that I'm bringing up to date and re-publishing program pack manuals. I'm currently considering Martiteks navigational programs Tidal and Coastal. I'm having difficulties understanding the tidal height results from the program, mainly because I don't understand any of it. It may be using the rule of twelfths but there is also a data table.
