First computer ZX81 with 1K RAM.

with my first weeks wages along time ago.

Accidently

bought 3 Psion IIs in the past few weeks.

Current issue wondering about the battery in a RAMPAK which came with an XP.

The wife keeps wondering what I'm going to do with them.

ZX81 I still have nighmares about the RAM Pack Wobble"

Rampak battery - that is probably dead now... But the data on the pack is safe while it is fitted in a powered Organiser, you can use it as an extension of internal memory A:. You will find threads here which explain that in more detail and how members are replacing the 'soldered' battery with a removable 'clip'..

What to do with an Organiser? check out the "New owners / users - getting started" thread in this section. Also if you enjoyed programming a ZX81 then you will love OPL...
