Is it possible to write a Notepad file from OPL?
Wondering if this is possible, or if only ODB files can be manipulated.

As you say Okto the only file you can 'open' in OPL is an ODB. What are you trying to do? Using OPL I did manage to add diary entries from (HamLog) to the LZ Diary using an ODB and [Diary][Restore] this works quite well (here).
Also if you are looking to create a 'help' notepad then an ODB can simulate this.
You can of course create a Notepad file in Windows Notepad give them a file extension .NTS and use the Comms Link. If you are looking to include a Notepad file on a 'MADE' datapak then it will have to be an .OB7 format for this you can use Jaaps OPK File Editor - [New Pack][Add New Item] rename to your requirements, type out the notepad [Apply] and [Export]. The resulting OB7 can be included in any 'BldPack' file. By the by there is a bug somewhere.. remember to place the cursor on a blank line at the end of any notepad file if you want to move it successfully.
