Jumble

Post by 1333david »

Hi,
If you have the Thesaurus and Spelling checker you can try out this small program to test your Scrabble skills. It was written on the Psion XP but should work on any machine as long as you have the Thesaurus and Spelling checker inserted into one of the pack slots (and booted).
Jumble.zip
All the best,
Dave

Hi All

You'll see now why I'm asking who has the 'Thesaurus and Spelling checker' Pack. If you have it can I suggest you try Jumble - It's really well done and quite addictive. Like most people I used the Thesaurus pack a couple of times then put it away never to see the light of day again. This is a good use of the pack and quite challenging. My best score 135 (M9).

It will be a good addition for anyone without a Comms Link as it is quite short and possible to type in at the keyboard.

Well done Dave
Sincerely
Martin

Hi,
Mrs NFfP got 105 points on her first go. First level only got one point due to operator error (pressing the EXE key) ;)

I got an Organiser for her and blew a pack just for the game.

Thanks
NFfP
