Porting Psion 3 devices / hardware to Psion II

Post by webber »

Has anyone ever played with the accessories etc from the Psion 3? Can they be integrated?
Is there anything that can be shared among the platforms?

I notice many of the 3 comms cables and modems etc are cheap.

Cheers

The reason the 3 Comms cables are cheap is because they are just cables whereas the Psion II Comms Link has inbuilt software.

I've used the 25-pin to 9-pin adapter that is in the Psion-3 Comms lead for the Psion-2 Comms link. Also, with a suitable adapter, you could transfer files between the 3 and 2, to use the larger screen on the 3 for OPL editing.
